Guardian’s Double-D concrete anchor is a reusable and easy anchor to install. This unique anchor can create tie off points for one or two workers, and can be used to create a horizontal lifeline system.

* The Double-D concrete anchor is a completely reusable 5000 lb. anchor point, that helps you save money.

* This system installs easily by sliding a 1” PVC pipe through a concrete form, trimming the ends, and inserting the anchor. When the job is finished the only thing left behind is the PVC pipe, grout or cement the hole if necessary.

* This concrete anchor can accommodate a retractable lifeline, a horizontal lifeline, and allows two workers to tie off in fall arrest simultaneously.
