This accessory bolts onto either an existing 12” or 18” CB anchor allowing it to support Guardian’s pass thru lifeline system. This is a perfect item if you need to retro fit your existing CB anchors for a pass thru horizontal system. The new top can still be used in an individual fall arrest situation, and provides just as much fun as the original.
