*Designed as a permanent anchoring point, but can also be employed as a temporary one. It can be installed horizontally or vertically.

*Constructed of hot dipped galvanized steel.

*Height is 4 ½”.

*The round base plate’s diameter is 6 ½” and thickness is ½”. The base plate has three 11/16” holes that accept 5/8” anchor bolts.

*Applicable for concrete, steel and some wooden beam applications.

*Can be welded to steel, bolted and epoxied to concrete, or used in bolt through applications.

*Can be used as a stand-alone anchoring point or in conjunction with a complete fall arrest system layout.

*Flashing can be achieved by installing a rubber gasket prior to installing the eye nut.

*Meets all applicable OSHA requirements and ASME/ANSI I-14.1 safety standards.
